Sub Level Promotion

1. For Whom
Sublevel Promotion acknowledges incremental career progression within the same primary level. It is for employees who have enhanced their skills and capabilities at their current level but are not yet fully prepared for a bigger step to the next primary level.
Examples of this type of promotion: P2.1→ P2.2, P3.1 → P3.2, P4.1 → P4.2, P4.2 → P4.3, T2 → T3,
M4.1→ M4.2, M4.2→ M4.3
, M5.1→M5.2, M5.2→M5.3, M6.1→M6.2, M6.2→M6.3

2. When to Apply: every April

3. Promotion Criteria
  1. Basic Criteria for Application:
    - Interim PMP rating of 3
    - 12+ months in current role/level as of the current June.
    - No warnings in the past 12 months as of the current June.
    2. Eligibility Criteria:
    - Partially meets the Competency Criteria of the Next Primary Level
    - Consitently meets goals
    - Demonstrates business values (Income, Cost, Customer/Employee Experience, Organisational Capability, Compliance)
    - Role model of company values: Passion, Innovation, Data driven, Positivity, Trustworthy, Teamwork

1. Submit Promotion Application via DingTalk with Promotion Showcase Presentation slides.
    Timeline: March - April
