Management Level Promotion

1. For Whom
Management position promotion is for recognizing individuals who have demonstrated advanced expertise in the discipline and have shown the readiness to excel at a higher/management level.

*Note: This type of promotion applies when there is an open management position.
If  you are already in Management Path, seeking sub-level promotion (E.g M4.1     - M4.2),
please refer to sublevel Promotion Process.

2. When to Apply
Anytime
when there is a vacant management position announced by HoD/ELT.

3. Process
Effective from April 2025, management position will be advertised internally and externally. Internal candidates will apply through the same channel on Employment Hero and follow the internal promotion process of primary level.

This gives employees the opportunities to showcase their capabilities and progress towards leadership roles within New Aim, while also enabling the company to identify and nurture potential leadership talent.

4. Key Actions to Apply
   
1. Submit Promotion Application via DingTalk with Promotion Showcase Presentation slides.
