Primary Level Promotion

1. For Whom
This promotion recognises individuals who have made significant impacts on business values and expanded capabilities to perform at the Next Primary Level. Examples of this type of promotion: P1 → P2.1, P2.2 → P3.1, P3.2 → P4.1, P4.3 → P5.1, T1→ T2, T2 → T3, T3 → T4, T4→ T5.

2. When to Apply: every April

3. Promotion Criteria
   1. Basic Criteria for Application:
     - Interim PMP rating of 4 and 5
     - 12+ months in current role/level as of the current June.
     - No warnings in the past 12 months as of the current June.
     2. Eligibility Criteria:
     - Fully meets the Competency Criteria of the Next Primary Level
     - Exceeds goals
     - Demonstrates outsized impact on business values (Income, Cost, Customer/Employee Experience, Organisational Capability, Compliance)
     - Steps outside of responsibilities
     - Knowledge contribution: recognised as Expert, Mentor & teacher (For Primary Level > 4 promotion only)

4. Key Actions to Apply
     
1. Submit Promotion Application via DingTalk with Promotion Showcase Presentation slides.
     Timeline: March - April
